Types Of Services
- Type of service: contract
- Adult Selection Method: Written / Interview. Only an interview in the case of MA.
- Application Period: 2077.12.03 Seven days to the last day of application if there is a public holiday, then the day of office opening.
- Place to submit the application: The application form prescribed by the Public Service Commission should be submitted to the Damak Hospital Administration Branch in full.
- Date of Examination: The day after the last day of application will be fixed.
- Application Fee: Rs. 1,200 for the eighth, Rs. 800 for the fifth and for the fourth Rs. 600 only.
- Age limit of Ummerdwar: 18 years completed by 2077/12/03 and not less than 45 years.
- Salary and other facilities: Salary scale and other service facilities prescribed by the Hospital Management Committee.
Minimum educational qualification and experience required:
- In case of Medical Officer, NMC has been registered for passing MERS from a recognized educational institution.
- Computer Operator: Passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent and received at least 6 months of computer training in a registered institution.
- Radiographer: Qualified as a certificate level subject in radiography from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- Assistant Computer Operator: Passed SLC or equivalent and received at least 6 months of computer training from a registered institution.
- Term of service contract till mid-July 2077.
- Place to receive the form: Damak Hospital Administration Branch.
Documents required to be submitted
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Dental kit and character certificate of minimum educational qualification.
- Certificate of experience of renewal of registration certificate of the concerned council (if any.
- If there is an educational qualification obtained from a country other than Nepal, then the equivalent from Tribhuvan University
- Assigned certificate will also have to be submitted.
- The turban of all the submitted copies should be signed and certified by the candidate himself.
No action will be taken on the application without the required minimum educational qualification or on the application which is overdue or not received properly.If the application form is filled by mentioning it, the applicant himself will be responsible for it.
Must be disqualified by other prevailing laws.
